11The Team:
The Chief People Officer’s Chief of Staff Team is a collaborative, fast-paced, and supportive high-performing group that represents the CPO and the People Team with direct exposure to the People Leadership Team and Executive Leadership Team. We prioritize creating high-quality work through clear and concise communication, maintaining a flexible and agile approach to responsibilities while fostering high accountability and a growth mindset. This role reports to the Head of People Strategy & Business Management.
Responsibilities and Impact:
Provide day‑to‑day strategic support for the CPO’s highest‑priority engagements, including development of briefing materials, presentations, and executive communications
Evaluate and prioritize requests against CPO’s strategic priorities across internal and external engagements in partnership with the Communications team
Serve as a liaison between the Office of the CPO and key stakeholders to oversee follow ups and maintain transparency and accountability
Support strategic People initiatives and projects that directly impact organizational effectiveness, including People Team recognition programs, as well as learning and development partnerships
Help prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and communications for key People Team and enterprise meetings, including People Leadership Team, Extended People Leadership Team, People Connect, and People Leader Connect
Design and implement People Leadership Team offsite 2x/year, helping shape strategic direction and priorities that are key to PLT effectiveness
Partner with leading external vendors to infuse the People Team with best‑in‑class thinking, innovative practices, and differentiated learning
Collaborate with leadership to define goals, KPIs, and success metrics for strategic initiatives, monitor progress and provide actionable recommendations to ensure alignment with organizational objectives
Drive execution across multiple parallel initiatives, balancing speed and rigor through disciplined project management, strong governance, and continuous improvement practices
Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $85,773 to $153,242. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.

What We're Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
5+ years of experience in HR, consulting, project management, or analytical roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analysis and reporting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to senior leadership
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Growth mindset with a desire to learn and improve ways of working
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar systems
Background in organizational development, talent management, or people analytics
Project management experience with exposure to agile methodologies
Experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership teams
