In this 12-month temporary role in the Agency Training Development and Facilitation (DAN - Network Excellence & Competency Development), you’ll deliver interactive, high-quality training programs that drive knowledge, confidence, and performance across the network. Lead engaging virtual training sessions across multiple product lines, including Life, Commercial Lines Property & Casualty.
Adapt content to meet diverse learning styles and participant needs.
Facilitate discussions and activities that spark collaboration and deepen understanding.
Measure impact through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
Partner with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and design tailored solutions.
Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with industry trends and best practices.
Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of delivery.
Build strong connections and establish credibility with learners.

What you bring to the table
Bachelor's degree in education, Training, Human Resources, or in a related field
A minimum of three years of relevant experience in a Training facilitator or similar role
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Experience in instructional design and adult learning principles
Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation
Advanced proficiency in English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English speaking partners, members and/or clients
Advanced intermediate knowledge of core business systems (e.g. PROV/VENT, PCS), processes and products
Advanced intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and virtual training platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams)
