The Sourcer supports our recruiting and portfolio hiring efforts by identifying, engaging, and qualifying talented candidates for a range of roles. Working closely with recruiters and hiring managers, this individual helps build strong candidate pipelines, delivers a great candidate experience, and contributes to Banyan’s mission of building lasting, people-first organizations.
