WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US 

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead the execution of our Talent Acquisition strategy across our locations in EMEA, APAC, and Americas. This role is instrumental to our ongoing growth and transformation, requiring a strategic mindset and deep operational delivery expertise. 

As part of our high-performing Global Advisory, Operations & Hub Talent Acquisition team, you will report directly to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition and collaborate closely with both global and local stakeholders. Your focus will be on aligning recruitment efforts with regional priorities, executing strategic hiring initiatives, and enhancing the overall Talent Acquisition experience across diverse markets. 

You will be primarily dedicated to Global Advisory, and Operations business units, and additionally will contribute to the Global Talent Hub — a dynamic team designed to accelerate scalability, improve efficiency, and optimize recruitment processes. The Hub operates as a flexible resource, supporting other business units and managing hiring volumes.  

This structure offers a unique opportunity to broaden your expertise beyond specific business areas or geographies, while partnering with fellow Talent Acquisition professionals across regions. 

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR 

  • Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle across EMEA, APAC, and Americas with a primary focus on the Global Advisory, and Operations business units, encompassing teams such as Finance, IT, Legal, People & Culture, SaaS Delivery, Client & Service Operations, and Strategy & Transformation. 

  • Serve as a strategic advisor and primary point of contact for business leaders — supporting hiring needs, shaping recruitment strategies, driving employer branding efforts, and consistently building talent pipelines. 

  • Drive sourcing efforts through a combination of personal networks, recruitment tools, and market intelligence to attract and engage highly skilled professionals. 

  • Produce detailed analytical recruitment reports to support data‑driven decision‑making. 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize recruitment outcomes — reducing time-to-fill and cost-per-hire while maintaining high standards of candidate quality and experience. 

  • Support candidate evaluation processes, including the administration and interpretation of psychometric assessments (e.g., SHL). 

  • Contribute to regional and global Talent Acquisition initiatives and projects, supporting continuous improvement and innovation. 

  • Provide occasional support to fellow Talent Acquisition Partners, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams and regions. 

WHAT WE VALUE

  • Extensive experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, with detailed understanding of EMEA markets. 

  • Experience with APAC or North America is beneficial. 

  • A mix of in-house and agency recruitment experience is welcomed, as well as the background within Financial Services. 

  • Deep understanding of regional market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscapes, including hiring policies and recruitment norms. 

  • Solid communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to challenge constructively and advise hiring decisions with deep market insights and recruitment expertise. 

  • Comprehensive understanding of compensation frameworks, including salary proposals, compa-ratio, internal equity, and market competitiveness. 

  • Familiarity with psychometric and technical assessments (e.g., SHL) is beneficial. 

  • High attention to detail and operational excellence in administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and consistency in job postings, and documentation. 

  • Analytical mindset with effective Excel skills and a data-driven approach to recruitment — capable of interpreting metrics, identifying process inefficiencies, and optimizing sourcing strategies and candidate experience. 

  • Experience with Workday is appreciated. 

  • Amenable to work in a hybrid setup (2 days per week).
