To support Scaleway’s ambitious growth strategy in Eastern Europe, we are hiring a Field Marketing Manager based in Warsaw, Poland.
This role sits at the heart of our go-to-market execution in Poland and Eastern Europe, a region where Scaleway is accelerating investment to grow market share across cloud, AI infrastructure, and sovereign digital services.

YOUR FUTURE TEAM
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communication (HQ), you will work very closely with local Sales teams (Account Executives & BDRs) as well as with Play, Poland’s leading telecom operators, as a key go-to-market partner. While this role is connected to a strong central marketing organization, it requires deep local ownership, strong commercial alignment, and the ability to adapt global strategy to regional realities.
This is an opportunity for a field marketer who wants to drive tangible revenue impact, shape market momentum, and help scale a fast-growing European cloud player in one of its most strategic regions.

YOUR DAILY ROUTINE
Drive field marketing strategy for Poland & Eastern Europe :
- Own and execute the field marketing strategy for Poland and selected Eastern European markets, aligned with Scaleway’s European GTM priorities
- Adapt global campaigns, messaging, and product launches into locally relevant, high-impact initiatives
- Act as a strategic partner to Sales, contributing directly to pipeline generation, acceleration, and deal influence
Collaborate within a centralized Marketing team:
- Work closely with the central Marketing team to understand global campaigns, product priorities, and roadmap, and identify which initiatives should be localized for the
- Polish and Eastern European markets
- Collaborate with other Field Marketing Managers across Europe to share best practices, align on priorities, and strengthen scalable field marketing frameworks
- Participate in cross-regional planning, reporting, and experimentation led by HQ
Partner closely with Sales and local stakeholders :
- Act as the primary field marketing partner for local Account Executives and BDRs in Poland and Eastern Europe
- Align on target accounts, industries, and priority opportunities to support pipeline generation and acceleration
- Collaborate with strategic partners, especiallyPlay, to build and deliver a co-marketing action plan
Deliver high-impact field initiatives :
- Plan and execute events, executive programs, partner activations, and targeted account-based initiatives
- Coordinate logistics, agencies, vendors, and on-site execution in collaboration with central Design, Product, Marketing, Communications, and Marketing Operations teams
- Ensure strong and consistent brand representation across all initiatives, translating global messaging to local relevance while safeguarding Scaleway’s core positioning.
Measure, optimize, scale :
- Track and report on performance using shared KPIs and OKRs defined at HQ level
- Share insights, learnings, and best practices with HQ to help scale successful initiatives across other regions
- Continuously test new formats and approaches to improve efficiency and impact

ABOUT YOU
HARDSKILLS:
- 5+ years of experience in Field Marketing or Demand Generation in tech, cloud, SaaS, or infrastructure
- Hands-on experience with marketing and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Livestorm, etc.)
- Familiarity with centralized, HQ-led marketing organizations and cross-functional collaboration
- Understanding of pipeline creation, deal acceleration, and account-based marketing strategies
- Working knowledge of design tools and ability to brief creative teams
SOFTSKILLS:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work across matrix, international environments
- Comfortable engaging with technically complex products and stakeholders
- Motivated by measurable impact and accountable for pipeline and revenue influence
- Thrives in environments balancing autonomy with alignment
- Fluent in Polish and English; French is a plus, Romanian is a plus
