About this position:
We are seeking an experienced Senior-level Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team! You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, focusing on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top GTM talent for various roles, all while ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the GTM landscape, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successful GTM recruiting.
While your primary focus will be on our Revenue, Services, and Account Management teams, you will have the opportunity to support hiring across various departments of our organization.
Please note we will only be considering applications from candidates located within our Boston, MA hub. This is a hybrid position with 3 days in office.
What you'll be doing:
Strategy
- Develop Recruitment Strategies: Create and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top technical talent in alignment with company goals.
- Employer Branding: Enhance our employer brand through various branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in the tech industry.
Technical/ Execution
- Source and Attract Talent: Utilize various channels, including your established network, job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Screen and Assess Candidates: Conduct initial phone screens and in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and overall suitability for the role.
- Manage Recruitment Process: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from initial contact through to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates.
Team / Collaboration
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to specific roles.
- Coordinate with HR Team: Partner with the People team to align recruitment efforts with overall HR strategies and initiatives.
- Provide Recruitment Training: Offer guidance and training to hiring managers and team members on best practices for interviewing and candidate selection.
Research/Best Practices
- Stay Informed on Market Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in the tech recruitment landscape to ensure the company's recruitment strategies remain competitive.
- Utilize Recruitment Metrics: Analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Implement Best Practices: Apply industry best practices to enhance the recruitment process, reduce time-to-fill, and improve candidate quality.

- 6+ years experience in recruitment, ideally within the SaaS or tech industry.
- 2+ years in a rapidly scaling enterprise SaaS environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong understanding of various technical roles and technologies.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software (Greenhouse preferred)
- Proven experience in creating and implementing effective recruitment strategies tailored to attracting top technical talent.
- Proficiency in utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to source candidates.
- Demonstrated ability to attract and engage potential candidates effectively.
- Strong skills in evaluating candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and overall suitability for the role.
- Proven experience working closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, and provide guidance and training on best interviewing and candidate selection practices.

Our approach to compensation:
We take a market-based & data-driven approach to compensation. We leverage data from trusted third-party compensation sources to help us understand the market value of a role based on function, level, geographic location, and scope. We evaluate compensation bi-annually, including performance and market-related factors.
Our salaries are benchmarked against market Total Cash Compensation for the geographic location of our job posting. Compensation for some roles is structured as On Target Earnings (OTE = base + commission/variable) while for others it is structured as Salary only.
To comply with local legislation and ensure transparency, we share salary ranges on all job postings. Skills, experience and other factors help determine the final salary we offer which may vary from the original range posted.
Additionally, all permanent team members are eligible to participate in various benefits plans as part of their overall compensation package.
Salary Range:
$92,000-$100,000 USD
*Co-op team members, independent contractors, and freelancers are not eligible for company benefits.
