Senior Supply Chain Specialist (Supply Chain Management)

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Senior Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in Seattle,WA.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Leads and administers post production requests for quotes containing long lead times, high value and/or lengthy bills of material.
  • Leads activities for economy of purchases.
  • Leads and monitors customer allocation and delivery schedules and projections for significant customers.
  • Leads the analysis of supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities, capacity and performs assessment of configuration change impact to supply support system. Initiates recommendations for repair sourcing decisions.
  • Oversees the processing and documentation of repair items and warranties.
  • Conducts supplier/customer presentations and program reviews.
  • Identifies Supply Chain alternatives to resolve obsolescence issues

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of Supply Chain Experience
  • Experience leading teams
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office tool suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask
  • Must be a self-starter with strong time management skills to effectively lead the team, and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience with Boeing MBUs - Internal Fabrications
  • 1+ years of experience working with Supplier Management
  • 1+ years of experience ERPLN, PMDB, TSIT experience

Summary pay range: $130,000 - $158,000
