We are looking for a Senior Supervisor – Order Management” for our company in Istanbul, Turkiye.

Key Qualifications

·  Manage and monitor import and export operations end-to-end

·  Plan and coordinate order, shipment, and delivery processes

·  Prepare and review foreign trade documentation in compliance with customs regulations

·  Maintain operational communication with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and suppliers

·  Organize sea, air, and road transportation

·  Monitor all customs clearance and logistics-related costs

·  Take a solution-oriented approach to operational issues

·  Work in coordination with internal teams (Sales & Marketing, Purchasing, Planning, Production, Finance, etc.)

·  Contribute to operational reporting and process improvement initiatives

Requirements

·  Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

·  At least 5 years of experience in foreign trade operations

·  Strong knowledge of import, export, and customs regulations

·  Experience in logistics and transportation processes

·  Good command of English (both written and spoken)

·  Proficiency in MS Office and preferably ERP systems

·  Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

·  Strong communication skills and a high sense of responsibility

·  Able to work with a high level of ownership and adapt to flexible working hours when required
