Senior Strategy Advancement Professional

Louisville, KY Full time

Become a part of our caring community

The Senior Strategy Advancement Professional role drives end-user adoption and sustained, measurable usage of enterprise productivity, collaboration and support tools. The Senior Advancement Professional builds a scalable enablement strategy that increases digital dexterity across a large, distributed workforce through targeted communications, learning experiences, champions networks, and data-driven continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the digital adoption strategy for priority end-user tools, aligned to business outcomes, employee experience, and change roadmaps.

  • Translate product capabilities into role-based scenarios, playbooks, job aids, and best practices that make adoption practical and repeatable.

  • Design and deliver enablement programs (virtual/in-person training, office hours, webinars, learning paths, microlearning) tailored by persona, function, and proficiency level.

  • Build and run a champions network to scale peer-to-peer support, localize feedback, and reinforce behavior change.

  • Lead change management activities for tool rollouts and major feature releases: stakeholder mapping, communications plans, launch kits, readiness checks, and reinforcement plans.

  • Measure adoption and digital dexterity using usage analytics, surveys, and qualitative feedback; define KPIs, baselines, and targets; report insights and recommendations to leadership.

  • Identify friction and remove barriers by improving documentation, simplifying processes, and influencing backlog priorities with product and engineering teams.

  • Inform and enhance a self-service enablement ecosystem (knowledge base structure, FAQs, templates, how-to content, and learning hubs) that reduces support tickets and increases confidence.

  • Drive continuous improvement through A/B testing of communications, iterative training content, and experimentation with new learning modalities.

You will report to an Associate Director, Experience Strategy & Transformation.
