The team delivers office design and construction projects that support Franklin Templeton’s business and employee experience. Architects, designers, project managers and technical specialists work together across regions, sharing expertise and driving workplace quality. Joining this group means influencing office strategy, leading impactful projects and growing in a collaborative, international environment.
Core Responsibilities
Deliver office construction and fit out projects across Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Lead the full project lifecycle from concept to handover.
Collaborate with architects, PMs, service designers, IT and AV teams.
Support workplace standards, strategic planning and space related decisions.
Engage business units to gather functional needs and present
updates to leadership.
Manage space planning, employee moves, restacks and workplace management tasks.
Technical Responsibilities
Develop and manage furniture packages with suppliers and manufacturers.
Create concepts, plans, detailed designs and 3D renderings in house.
Review design and construction documentation and apply fit out best practices.
Team & Collaboration
Manage budgets, schedules, risks and quality across multiple projects.
Work in a multicultural environment and travel to project sites across EMEA.
Present design concepts and build relationships with stakeholders.
Experience, Education & Certifications
Degree in architecture, interior architecture or related field.
5–7 years of experience in office planning or architectural design.
End to end project management experience in corporate or international settings.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Photoshop.
Ability to create layouts, visualisations and test fits.
Understanding of fit out processes and technical documentation.
Soft Skills
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with all groups involved in a project.
Independence, accountability and proactive work style.
Ability to work effectively in multicultural settings with English at C1.
