In this role, you’ll provide Avantor’s solutions to customers in:
Organizations engaged in research and production of FDA‑approved drug products, including synthesis, biologics, generics, and CRO/CMO partners.
Diagnostics, medical device, and related industries that rely on precision, compliance, and high‑quality supply chain support.
These are fast‑moving, highly regulated environments where your expertise and consultative approach will directly influence customer success.
This is a high‑visibility, high‑impact role focused on managing and expanding large, often global accounts. You’ll be the strategic partner customers rely on to streamline operations, optimize spend, and unlock the full value of Avantor’s extensive product and service portfolio.
You will:
Lead and grow major accounts, including global customers across diverse cultures
Drive best practices and harmonized strategies across multinational customer sites
Increase account profitability through strategic pricing and value‑based selling
Build and manage a strong pipeline of new opportunities
Develop and deliver compelling proposals that articulate Avantor’s value proposition
Conduct consultative sales engagements to understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
Partner with sales leadership to build strategic territory plans aligned with growth goals
Strengthen customer relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and loyalty
Expand Avantor’s footprint within existing accounts through proactive retention and growth strategies
Collaborate with manufacturer partners to enhance product knowledge, secure favorable pricing, and improve account performance
Execute company‑defined sales and marketing strategies across a vast product portfolio

Pay Transparency
The expected pre-tax pay for this position is,
$69,000.00 - $117,530.00This reflects base salary.
This position is subject to incentive compensation, where the expected pre-tax Target Cash Opportunity (“TCO”) for this position is based on the achieved sales and in the amount/range of,
$98,600.00 - $167,900.00Actual pay may differ depending on relevant factors such as prior experience and eligible geographic location.
TCO is defined as Base Salary + Target Sales Incentive (Sales Incentive eligible role only).
