The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) team is seeking a Senior Staffing Specialist with a focus on strategy and operations to join the Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Talent Acquisition team in Seattle, Renton or Everett, WA. This role will partner closely with the BCA GTA Leadership team to drive process improvement projects, coordinate strategic staffing initiatives with enterprise GTA, Human Resources (HR) and business teams, own the operating rhythm for critical business reviews, and coordinate the core metrics and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reviews with Human Resources (HR) and business leadership teams.

Position Responsibilities:
Monitor key program progress against critical milestones and identify/implement risk mitigation strategies
Prepare executive summary presentations, incorporating data visualization to effectively communicate insights to various stakeholders
Collect, organize, and analyze internal and external data to identify trends, key performance indicators, and assess hiring status, ensuring compliance with data storage regulations; develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources
Lead project teams in designing and implementing effective process improvement initiatives
Collaborate with leadership to develop and integrate programs and strategies that align with business objectives
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate commitments, identify risks and opportunities, and create effective mitigation plans
Manage and update operational tools including distribution lists, websites, SharePoint sites, and Microsoft Teams channels to enhance efficiency
Develop and implement innovative communication techniques to engage and attract potential candidates
Establish and maintain a structured cadence for Talent Acquisition workstreams by planning and organizing performance to plan meetings
Plan, facilitate, and actively participate in daily leadership meetings and strategic workshops
Drive business priorities and perform as a trusted business and thought partner
Provide coaching and mentorship to less experienced team members to foster their professional growth
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience in project management
5+ years of experience working on cross-functional projects
5+ years of experience in implementing process improvement and/or strategy improvements
5+ years of experience working directly with executives or senior leaders with a proven track record of safeguarding sensitive and confidential information
5+ years of experience developing and delivering impactful presentations to senior leaders, effectively communicating complex information
5+ years of experience collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources, as well as interpreting data and presenting analysis and recommendations to management
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration or Project Management, or a relevant field
Experience utilizing data visualization software’s (e.g. Tableau or Power BI)
Experience with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
Experience working within Talent Acquisition
