The range for this role is $81,500 - $111,500
Actual base pay will be determined based on a successful candidate's work location, skills/abilities, experience, and education.

The Job
The Sr. SRE System Analyst will partner with the Director of Production Support to define, implement, and drive best practices in for improving quality engineering solutions to meet ministry needs. You will work closely with our business teams to identify areas for improvement and support teams through production changes. Additionally, you will promote a strong production support culture by partnering with software engineering, security, and infrastructure to solve operational incidents and problems. This role will work closely with our scrum teams to ensure sustainable product quality throughout our SDLC. Primary responsibilities are to manage the production incident backlog, UAT process including assist with training employees, provide process enhancement and growth, manual testing during SDLC and production validation upon release, support of release process for software, and offer ongoing guidance for internal departments and external users.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Set up new development tools and environments for testing and user acceptance testing
- Understand the needs of stakeholders and conveying this to designers, product owners and developers
- Act as a change agent for the long-term strategic technical good of Christian Care Ministry and manage dependencies while noticing overlaps or inconsistencies amongst processes.
- Develop strong testing processes: including testing and examining features/code written by developers and analyzing results in SDLC process
- Work with software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended through release to production.
- Maintain responsibility for the satisfaction of our internal customers, members and vendors alike, by ensuring adherence to defined service-level agreements for CCM IT software systems and services
- Test web, mobile, and database platforms using QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Ensure data is handled, transferred or processed according to legal and company guidelines
- Manage backlog and sustain quality for current and future product launches
- Monitor and implement solutions, both server and web applications, to identify potential gaps, assess system performance and recommend improvements in tools.
- Implement site reliability principles for increased visibility and efficiency to CCM’s Dev/Ops processes
- Ensure data is handled, transferred or processed according to legal and company guidelines.

- Help develop and maintain a strong Dev/Ops strategy for the organization
- Review, participate and analyze applications being developed to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Review requests for system changes, upgrades, and enhancements as it relates to production systems
- Provide guidance and assistance on software tools for end users and product owners
- Conduct meetings with senior-level management inform of status and planning to meet strategic demands
- Provide technical information and analysis required to prepare for production solutions in connection with project planning
- Lead or coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) for projects and provide detailed estimates and schedules to project management teams
- Escalate, assist stakeholders and follow-through on resolution of issues related to project and/or production issues
- Engage and ensure effective and timely delivery of deliverables and tasks
- Organize and maintain performance of production issues in accordance with Service Level Agreements/Objectives (SLA / SLO)
- Assist in coordination of testing involving partners and/or vendors
- Provide information and periodic updates to support overall IT performance metrics
- Contribute to the exercise and expression of the Ministry’s Christian beliefs
- All other duties as assigned
Essential Skills & Abilities
- Proficiency with Atlassian product suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.) or similar
- Proficiency with Software Source Code and CI/CD tools (TFS, GitLab, Bitbucket)
- Knowledge of web application development patterns and technologies (NodeJS/React, .NET, Web Services and ESBs)
- Knowledge of database platforms (SQL Server, Postgres)
- Experience with enterprise-scale application development and support systems
- Experience with complex data analysis, data migrations, system integration, and development
- Knowledge of data protection operations and legislation (e.g. GDPR, HIPAA)
- Demonstrated experience with a variety of methodologies such as SDLC, Agile Scrum Development, quality assurance, project management and other related disciplines/processes
- Ability to manage new intake while delivering against commitments in a dynamic, fast paced delivery environment
- Experience with application development process automation (automated testing, coverage, continuous integration, etc.)

Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, with data management, computer science, information systems, or engineering plus 8-10 years’ experience within a technology firm utilizing technology and business and systems analysis required.
- Experience in a healthcare-related field or financial field preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce, Netsuite, and Hubspot preferred.
