Role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Trainer to join our Product Management team. 

This is a hybrid role based in or around any Zscaler office location in India, reporting to the APJ Delivery Leader. The core responsibility of this position is to provide technical instruction on Zscaler products and solutions. This training is delivered to a diverse audience, including Zscaler customers, partners, and participants in the Cyber Academic Alliance program.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

  • Deliver high-impact technical instruction on Zscaler products and solutions to a diverse audience including customers, partners, and Cyber Academic Alliance participants
  • Configure and troubleshoot complex Zscaler training environments, including the Zero Trust Exchange Platform and Cloud Protection (ZCP) solutions
  • Drive operational efficiency by managing class rosters, tracking attendance, and analyzing post-class survey data
  • Provide expert support and technical assistance to students to ensure successful learning outcomes
  • Partner with content teams to review new courseware and rigorously test hands-on training exercises

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 5+ years of experience in technical training
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technology major with a minor in communications, or equivalent technical/communications certifications
  • Excellent oral, written, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated capability to work independently and as an effective team contributor
  • High attention to detail with the ability to tailor technical training to a variety of target audiences

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Familiarity with Cloud Security, Firewalls, Proxy, and EndPoint Security solutions
  • Possession of industry-recognized certifications such as CEH, CISSP, or CISM
