2) Discovery, Design & Outcomes
Run structured discovery (customer interviews, prototype tests, betas, VOC programs), and instrument products with dashboards/analytics to measure adoption, engagement, and outcomes.
Champion API-First design for B2B scalability and enhanced Integration experience adoption through use-cases based interfaces, SDKs, Implementation guide.
3) Interoperability & Data Architecture
Partner with architecture/engineering to deliver API first, cloud agnostic services and integrations, leveraging HL7 FHIR/SMART on FHIR for data models, auth and scopes, and secure EHR/payer connections.
Ensure solutions can ingest/serve longitudinal health data and payer data, and support bulk data and near real-time workflows where appropriate.
4) Privacy, Security & Compliance
Embed privacy by design; for example, align to PDPA in Singapore (and analogous regulations in other markets).
Collaborate with InfoSec to implement ISO/IEC 27001 controls and pursue standard like HITRUST aligned assurance for healthcare customers, as appropriate to product scope.
5) Delivery & Quality
Run Agile delivery with crisp backlog management, well-formed PRDs/Epics/Stories, and definition of done that includes security, privacy, performance, and observability.
Drive experimentation and A/B testing; ensure robust post launch monitoring and incident response playbooks are in place for mission-critical B2B Integrations.
6) Go-To-Market & Commercialisation
Partner with Sales, Customer Success and Operations on packaging, pricing, launch readiness, and product enablement playbooks, with minimum adjustments to different customer segment and country.
Own success metrics: time to value, logo/market expansion, renewal/retention, measured clinical/financial outcomes per solution.
