We are currently looking for a Senior Specialist International Payroll (all genders) to join our People Experience team, ensuring the timely, accurate, and compliant execution of multi-country payrolls.
Working with a small, but passionate team, you will have the scope and autonomy to implement initiatives regarding international payroll processes and procedures in accordance with local regulations. This role will also give specific focus to complex, high-touch topics such as equity, benefits, accounting and global mobility.

Oversee and manage payroll operations for multiple international entities, collaborating closely with external payroll vendors and ensuring seamless data exchange.
Ensure 100% accuracy and timely delivery of all payrolls, adhering to local statutory regulations, tax, and social security compliance.
Serve as the primary point of contact for managing and resolving employee and internal stakeholder payroll queries efficiently.
Act as the reliable subject matter expert and contact person for cross-functional teams, including International People Services, P&O local teams, Finance and more.
Provide direct support to Finance for payroll reporting, journal entries, account reconciliation, and external/internal audit queries.
Maintain rigorous process documentation and ensure data accuracy and adherence to data protection regulations.
Keep payroll policies current and draft new procedures if required by regulatory changes or internal business structure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure excellent service delivery.
Proactively identify and implement improvements to payroll systems and processes, ensuring seamless data flow between international teams and other stakeholders involved in the payroll process.
Support the onboarding and mentoring of new team members, fostering a collaborative team culture.
3-5 years of practical, hands-on payroll experience, managing multi-country payroll operations, including using a third-party provider model
Familiarity in Google Workspace tools (e.g., Sheets, Drive) and experience working with various payroll tools and systems (e.g., ADP Streamline, SAP, Workday)
Ability to grasp complex issues, apply logical thinking, and resolve operational challenges while working proactively, independently, and with a strong sense of ownership
Strong interpersonal skills, explaining complex issues at an understandable level
Highly adaptable and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment that requires maintaining standards amid rapid change
Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal communication)
