Main responsibilities:

• Preparation of promo material delivery
• Support for human resources processes
• Support for administrative tasks related to incoming and outgoing employees
• HR database management and maintenance (Workday, ServiceNow, SharePoint)
• Liaison and cooperation with other departments

About you

Experience:

• Ongoing university studies (active student status) in the field of Human Resources
• Min. 25-hour availability/week with flexible scheduling

Soft and technical skills:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and expertise of MS Excel
• Team player, able to work collaboratively
• Ability of working individually and with the team
• Ability to learn rapidly and adapt quickly to changing situations

Languages:  Fluent in English and in Hungarian as well
