We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh as an  Insurance Commercial P&C Account Manager. This role will be supporting a a large, complex Marsh client directly and is 100% remote. The successful candidate will lead daily operations from a support and administrative level, coordinating complex coordination and task assignments for client relationship projects while ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.

We will count on you to:

  • Support the Managing Director in managing insurance risk, handling day-to-day inquiries, and overseeing insurance placements for real estate investments.

  • Assist with the placement of project-specific, portfolio-wide property, liability, environmental, and terrorism insurance programs, including data collection and exposure analysis.

  • Manage the acquisition and disposition processes related to risk management, review and negotiate contracts, and work with brokers, consultants, and lenders.

  • Oversee insurance premium processes, including payment tracking and quarterly adjustments, and support RFP requests, presentations, and special projects.

  • Maintain data integrity within the Risk Management System (RMS) and support the debt lending insurance process.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in risk management or business preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience working with a broker supporting Commercial Property & Casualty insurance clients, or working as a risk manager.

  • Strong knowledge of transportation and distribution commercial insurance coverage.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • ARM, CRIS, or CPCU designation is a plus.
