Position Summary: Senior Specialist, Facilities Site Management will be responsible for strengthening the capability of facility team for better support on the facility and equipment assurance in ANOW plant, to achieve our goals on safety, facility and productivity. Primary Responsibilities and Duties Work closely with manufacturing and provide strong technical support on facility related issues, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, preventive maintenance to perform its required function effectively and safely throughout its lifecycle. 负责厂区内设备设施相关的维修及预防性维护，分析根本原因并解决设备相关问题，使其在使用周期内保持有效且安全的运行状态. Be responsible for the maintenance strategy, such as the spare parts selection, preventive maintenance to reduce the unplanned issue of the equipment. 根据设备类型，制定不同的维护策略，如零备件选型，预防性维护策略，减少非计划性维修时间. Participating in the capital project, searching and introducing new equipment or technology，provide the input from the professional knowledge, to meet the requirements of the production team, like capacity expansion, technical upgrade and EHS. 参与现有产线扩建升级或新产线引入项目，提供专业的技术输入与审查，引入新的技术或设备，提升产能，效率以及安全性。 Bring continuous improvement ideas on the automatic and mechanical upgrade of the equipment to improve rationality and productivity. 通过持续改善的思维，对产线进行自动化/机械升级，提升产线的运行效率. Take charge of establishing and updating facility related documents, like SOP for maintenance, and work instructions, equipment file, equipment BOM, FMEA etc. 负责建立并维护设备相关的文件，如维修手册，预防性维护指南，设备档案，BOM, FMEA等. Be responsible for the equipment related technical transformation from other Entegris plants to Hangzhou. 负责从Entegris其他工厂引入新的技术或产线，实现本地化生产. Other tasks assigned by team leader. 部门经理安排的其他工作. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or above in machinery/mechanical engineering related majors. 本科及以上学历，机械，机械工程相关的专业. Minimum 5 years’ experience in engineering and manufacturing industry. Must have a great hands-on experience and strong sense of responsibility, working experience in multinational cooperation is preferred. 5年以上在制造业工厂的工作经验，良好的动作能力及责任心，有跨国公司工作经验者优先. Familiar with the commissioning of the equipment after the installation or maintenance, to keep the equipment running smoothly. 熟悉设备机械结构件的安装，调试，使设备平稳运行. Experience in non-standard project design is preferred. 有非标自动化项目设计经验者优先. Be familiar with the full life cycle management of equipment, from design, installation, commissioning, verification, delivery to user and final scrapping. 熟悉设备从设计，安装，调试，验证，到最终交付使用至报废的全生命周期管理. Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings. 能读懂设备机械图纸. Familiar with tools (CAD, MS Office, SolidWorks). 熟悉办公软件的应用，微软办公软件，CAD， SolidWorks 等软件.
