ACCIONA in Infrastructure is currently looking for a Technical Office Engineer for MCRP02 railway project located in San Fernando, Pampanga.

Job Description

  • Manage the document control system, ensuring accurate filing, proper organization, and full traceability of all incoming and outgoing documents
  • Monitor and update submission statuses, ensure compliance with deadlines, and conduct timely follow-ups for pending reviews and approvals
  • Support procurement planning by coordinating material requirements and aligning delivery schedules with the project construction timeline
  • Collaborate closely with site teams to integrate technical inputs and address on-site requirements efficiently

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in document control and management of civil engineering documentation within construction projects, preferably in railway projects
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Experience in railway construction is a strong advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work effectively with diverse teams, including expatriates, as required​
