Job Summary
CIB Commercial Property Finance (CPF) seeks to appoint a Documentation Execution Specialist (AVP) within the Kwa-Zulu Natal Documentation Management team. The role is responsible for the end-to-end execution, governance, and risk management of commercial property finance transactions, ensuring compliance with legal, credit, regulatory and internal governance requirements.Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a relevant tertiary commercial qualification and/or Paralegal Certificate, and at least 5 years’ experience in Commercial Property Finance administration, documentation management, or conveyancing, with exposure to complex loan structures and property-related legal documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Execute and manage end-to-end implementation of commercial property finance transactions.
Ensure fulfilment of all condition's precedent prior to implementation.
Manage documentation risk, compliance, and governance in line with credit, legal, valuation and FICA requirements.
Provide specialist technical input and advisory support within area of expertise.
Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective and timeous delivery.
Apply strategic thinking to anticipate issues, challenge existing practices, and contribute to continuous process improvement.
