About the Role
Responsible for supporting specific functional / business areas in terms of information system needs• Act as the liaison between information technology and business for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems
• Evaluate new applications and identify systems requirements
• Evaluate new information technology developments and evolving business requirements and recommend appropriate systems alternatives and / or enhancements
• Coordinate with relevant information technology departments and third-party vendors to design, implement and maintain information systems to enable reporting and service delivery
• Prepare communications and facilitate presentations on system enhancements and / or alternatives.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in IT related disciplines
2. minimum 6 years in progressive IT Sector
3. minimum 4 years of experience as a business analyst
4. ability to analyze, interpret and communicate business information to both internal and external stakeholders of the project
5. proficient in English oral, listening, reading, and writing
6. ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
7. be familiar with the methodology of requirements development and requirements change management
8. nice to be familiar with Agile or other software development process
9. experience with insurance institutions is plus
10. AI project experience and knowledge is plus
11. DB and Java developer experience is plus
