What you’ll do:

• Collaborates to design and develop AIOps Modeling (Artificial Intelligence), Agentic AI, and Network Operations Software Tooling by applying various programming languages to execute development methodologies.

• Execute a specific development methodology through application of various programming languages.

• Create and execute automated test plans/strategies utilizing business requirements and collaborate with engineers/architects, clients, etc. to validate test environments, test data and test results, design and implement code fixes, validate outcomes against expected results and produce associated reporting.

• In addition to Unit Test, responsibilities may include dynamic application security testing, interface testing, integration testing, end-to-end testing and/or user acceptance testing.

• Supports applications and solves configuration and environment issues.

• Supports the software deployment process.

What you’ll need:

As a Senior Software Engineering, you will be responsible for the overall delivery process of a software application or service, with a focus on AIOps, AI Modeling, and Agentic AI. including design, development, testing, deployment, production application support (e.g., troubleshooting) and maintenance with a focus on automation.

Experienced in AI, Agentic AI, and multiple programming languages, with a track record of designing and delivering AI driven solutions and applications. Influences best practices in coding methodology, supports innovative and improvement initiatives, and delivers technical strategies for AIOps solutions of the future.

What you’ll bring:

• Required Experience:

  • 3-5 years’ experience

  • Technical Career Pathway (TCP) role.

• Required Qualifications:

  • Design and code applications

  • 3+ years’ experience in Artificial Intelligence

• Desired Education:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Science, Electrical Engineering, or Math; or Developer nanodegree; or equivalent experience preferred.

Our Senior Software Engineering earns between $116,700 - $196,100 annually.  Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
