About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Frontend Developer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in React and JavaScript. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance web applications using modern front-end technologies. You will collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless and scalable user experiences. Additionally, you’ll drive best practices in coding, testing, and deployment, while mentoring junior team members and leading technical initiatives on the frontend.
Responsibility:
- Design, develop, and maintain complex, high-performance web applications using React and related technologies.
- Write, review, and refine detailed specifications and technical documentation for frontend components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers—to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex UI and client-side application bugs.
- Guide and support continuous integration, delivery, and deployment practices for frontend codebases.
- Mentor and support junior developers on frontend development methodologies and optimization techniques.
- Identify and implement requirements for logging, monitoring, and alerting in frontend applications.
- Ensure operational requirements related to performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility are met.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in React and JavaScript.
- Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of modern frontend build tools and workflows (e.g., webpack, Babel, npm/yarn).
- Experience with state management libraries (such as Redux, Context API, or similar).
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and how frontend interfaces with backend services.
- Good understanding of version control systems, especially Git.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
