Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in database systems, data pipelines, and real-time data infrastructure. As a core member of our engineering team, you will own the design and evolution of our data layer, from schema design and query optimization to building scalable pipelines and APIs that power our platform. This is a fully remote, hands-on individual contributor role where you'll wear many hats, move fast, and have significant ownership over foundational systems. Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the location(s) listed below and is the range Cavnue reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors. Actual pay may vary based on these factors and geography.
Remote - $150,000 – $195,000
Additional Compensation: The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in Cavnue's equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.) Note: Cavnue's benefit, compensation and incentive programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
