We are seeking a highly accomplished and results-driven Senior Software Engineer to play a critical role in shaping the future of our flagship SaaS product suite. This role is for a technical leader who thrives on solving complex, large-scale problems, driving architectural evolution, and fostering a culture of innovation and engineering excellence.
The ideal candidate possesses a visionary mindset coupled with the ability to execute on technical strategies that enhance product sustainability, scalability, and performance. You will be instrumental in making calculated technical changes and taking architectural risks that pave the way for accelerated feature development, deeper customer retention, and successful expansion into new markets. You must value teamwork, communicate effectively, and lead technical changes across dynamic, agile teams.
What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Architectural Leadership: Drive the technical design, development, and evolution of our highly available and multi-tenant SaaS platform, ensuring high performance, resilience, and security.
Front-End Strategy: Lead the development and integration of complex, enterprise-level user interfaces using Angular and a Micro Frontends architecture, defining standards and best practices for the team.
Technical Roadmap: Influence and contribute to the long-term technical roadmap, identifying and recommending strategic investments in technology, tooling, and processes to maximize engineering velocity.
Cloud Enablement: Design, implement, and deploy platform features and services within a cloud environment, leveraging modern cloud technologies (Azure preferred), serverless patterns, and DevOps principles.
Mentorship & Coaching: Act as a technical mentor to mid-level and junior engineers, conducting in-depth code reviews, sharing expertise, and elevating the overall technical competency of the team.
Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate seamlessly with Product Management, Operations, and QA teams to translate ambiguous business requirements into robust, well-engineered solutions.
Process Improvement: Champion the adoption of modern software engineering methodologies and continuously seek innovative ways to improve development, deployment, and operational efficiency.
Technology Scouting: Research and champion new industry technologies, frameworks, and patterns (including ethical and effective utilization of Generative AI tools) that can provide a competitive advantage to our product.
