Architectural Leadership: Design and implement high-performance, scalable solutions for global enterprises. You will take full ownership of the lifecycle—from initial conceptualization and architectural design to implementation and global delivery.
System Evolution: Drive the evolution of our distributed systems built on Kubernetes, ensuring they meet the demands of a rapidly scaling client base.
Production Excellence: Set and maintain the gold standard for production systems. You will champion best practices in testing, observability, and proactive alerting to ensure mission-critical stability.
AI Integration: Partner closely with Product Managers and Data Scientists to embed cutting-edge AI and machine learning capabilities into our core offerings.
Technical Mentorship: Act as a force multiplier for the team. You will mentor and upskill fellow engineers, fostering their technical growth and execution potential through code reviews, design docs, and pair programming.
Strategic Input: Bring your deep industry experience to our agile processes, helping the team adapt, grow, and innovate.
About You
6+ years of professional backend experience, with a focus on Python or JavaScript/TypeScript (experience in Java or Go is highly valued).
A track record of designing and building complex, large-scale systems and high-concurrency architectures.
Deep experience with Kubernetes (K8s) and modern CI/CD pipelines.
Expertise in integrating third-party APIs and managing modern message brokers (e.g., Celery, RabbitMQ, Kafka).
Strong proficiency in both SQL and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL) and data modeling for scale.
High efficiency in leveraging coding agents (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) to accelerate the development lifecycle.
Self-driven with the ability to navigate ambiguity and partner effectively with both internal stakeholders and external development teams.
Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks like React or Vue.
Experience with platforms such as Argo Workflows or Airflow.
Hands-on experience building and maintaining robust ETL/data pipelines.
Demonstrated experience onboarding and mentoring junior and mid-level developers.
