THE JOB:
As a Senior Slot Technical Manager, you will lead all technical operations for the slot floor, ensuring peak performance, regulatory compliance, and an exceptional guest experience. This role oversees slot and table games equipment maintenance, machine moves, installations, and major projects while guiding a team of skilled technicians. As a strategic, analytically driven leader, the Senior Slot Technical Manager partners closely with vendors, corporate teams, and property leadership to maximize uptime, drive innovation, and support business goals.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Responsible for the overall maintenance and performance of Slot and Table Games equipment. Remain up to date on all advances in technology, including training for the Slot Technical department employees.
Responsible for machine moves, installations/removals, conversions, and machine repairs pursuant to jurisdictional regulations. Maintain records of all machines on property, including par sheets, compliance and regulatory documents, machine moves, etc.
Manage Human Resources responsibilities for assigned department(s) to include creating a work environment that promotes teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, mutual respect and employee satisfaction; quality hiring, training and succession planning process; compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and collective bargaining agreements.
Order and maintain inventory of parts while collaborating with Corporate Slot Strategy to maintain adequate par levels for the enterprise. Assures necessary paperwork is complete as well as assists as needed with invoice payments for leased machines, parts, etc.
Schedule all on‐property aspects of slot projects while coordinating with the Corporate Slot Strategy team. Continuously evaluate staffing levels in accordance with business demand, forecasts, and budgetary guidelines, ensuring necessary adjustments are made as needed.
Acts as a liaison between vendors and the property. Collaborates with various departments for slot and casino projects.
Respond to special requests by the VP Casino Operations, Director Casino Operations, and Corporate Slot Strategy.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
High School Diploma or GED.
At least two (2) years of prior relevant experience within slot maintenance.
Prior supervisory/management experience preferred.

Pay Range:
The pay range for this role is:
$99,600.00 - $132,900.00This range represents a good faith estimate of the salary range that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s incentive plan.Employees in this position are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and time off plans.
