The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Senior SEO Manager to own SEO and LLM-driven discoverability end-to-end across all HeliosX brands and markets, including MedExpress, Dermatica, ZipHealth, RocketRx. Search is changing fast. Users are moving from “searching websites” to “asking questions”, and discovery is increasingly driven by Google AI Overviews, LLMs and GenAI-powered answers. This role exists to ensure HeliosX is visible, authoritative and trusted in that new search landscape.
This is not a traditional keyword-only SEO role. You will sit within the Growth team and act as the single owner of organic discovery, spanning:
What you’ll do
-Conduct a full SEO audit by brand and condition/treatment category
-Build and own a unified SEO + LLM search roadmap across all brands and markets
-Define prioritisation based on Google rankings, AI Overviews and LLM citation behaviour
-Track and respond to changes in GenAI search behaviour and emerging best practices
Act as product owner for SEO engineering initiatives
-Modular treatment and condition page templates
-Clean URL architecture, metadata and internal linking logic
-Core Web Vitals and page speed improvements
-Structured data (MedicalEntity, Product/Service, FAQ, Organisation)
-Crawlability, indexation, canonicals, sitemaps and freshness signals
-Ensure SEO requirements are embedded into BAU launches and platform decisions
-Scale clinically authoritative, SEO-ready content
-Maintain regular refresh cycles to support freshness signals
-Roll out author bios, reviewer profiles, citations, and accessibility standards
-Ownership of LLM-specific optimisation initiatives, including schema expansion, content structuring, topical completeness and Reddit/UGC influence across priority conditions and treatments.
-Balance traditional link building with modern authority signals used by LLMs
-Rankings and keyword coverage
-Organic revenue and funnel performance
-Schema coverage and content gaps
-LLM answer inclusion, citations and hallucinations
-Work with Data to maintain unified SEO and LLM dashboards across brands
