Work hand in hand with the Global Client Partner (GCP) as the accountable resource for global agency and advertiser relationship management, making DV sticky through strategic brand relationships and aligned deployments
Develop a deep understanding of each advertiser's business goals, challenges, and measures of success, translating them into actionable local strategies across regions
Serve as the primary point of contact for global coordination, ensuring all local DV stakeholders are informed and aligned on customer objectives
Act as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders, positioning DV as an essential partner in their global digital advertising strategy
Coordinate and drive local market adoption for major global customers past initial rollout, ensuring consistent execution across regions
Organize all global support activity to ensure knowledge is shared effectively across DV teams and regions
Collect feedback from local DV and customer teams and synthesize insights to present back to global customer stakeholders
Ensure billing requirements are followed through close partnership with DV and customer finance teams
Serve as a key stakeholder in organizing and executing comprehensive quarterly business reviews that showcase performance, insights, and strategic growth opportunities
Continuously monitor and improve customer satisfaction as it relates to DV campaign execution, implementation, and fulfillment processes
Develop and maintain account-specific playbooks, best practices, and documentation to scale excellence
Primary focus on retention with a secondary goal of identifying and executing growth opportunities across the account portfolio
Support tests and new initiatives to drive revenue associated with new product launches
Develop account-specific strategies that align customer business objectives with DV's product capabilities and roadmap
Work closely across multiple internal DV teams including Sales, Strategic Development, Implementation, Sales Engineering, Product Management, and Finance to deliver world-class customer service and solutions
Provide customer feedback and market insights to internal teams to influence product development and go-to-market strategies
Attend offsite meetings, conferences, and industry events as necessary to represent DV and strengthen customer relationships
Manage a portfolio of 3-5 global/strategic advertiser accounts with complex, multi-regional requirements
6+ years of progressive experience in digital advertising with extensive customer-facing experience in the digital media industry
Proven track record of managing strategic, high-value accounts in fast-paced environments
Strong knowledge of the ad tech ecosystem, including media buying, programmatic advertising, and measurement solutions
Demonstrated ability to balance customer needs while maintaining corporate objectives and driving business outcomes
Experience coordinating multi-market, cross-functional initiatives with competing priorities and diverse stakeholder groups
Strategic thinker with strong business process and analytical skills, able to translate complex data into actionable insights
Exceptional project management capabilities with proven ability to manage multiple complex accounts simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards
Proactive problem-solver with a solutions-oriented approach to customer challenges and internal coordination
Organized with rigorous attention to detail, drive for excellence, and a positive "can-do" approach
Ability to work effectively with internal and external customers to find creative solutions to challenges they face
Exceptional command of Google Workspace Apps including Gemini for productivity and collaboration
Salesforce experience including building reports and defining customer organization hierarchies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences and seniority levels
Strong cross-cultural awareness and ability to work effectively across diverse global markets
Proficiency in additional languages other than English highly desirable
Bachelor's degree or equivalent/higher level of education
