Summary: Senior Scrum Master
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Scrum Master to join our team and drive Agile best practices across multiple teams or complex projects. In this role, you will serve as a servant leader, coach, and facilitator, helping teams deliver high-value software efficiently while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and transparency. Works collaboratively with product owners, Dev and QA team members, management and other Agile teams to achieve product delivery goals. They provide effective collaboration, facilitation, leadership, and coaching skills that directly impact our Agile development process and the delivery of our applications. As an Agile expert, the Scrum Master will be responsible for enforcing Agile “best practices,” removing impediments, and promoting empowerment amongst team members
Hybrid: Eight days a month we come together in the closest office (Wichita, KS and TX-Coppell) within 50 miles to experience the value of connecting with colleagues. You will report to the Manager, Product Software Engineering, and work under the leadership of the Director, Product Software Engineering. Compensation:
$85,600.00 - $149,400.00 USDThis role is eligible for Bonus.
Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
