Support the development and optimization of ligand‑binding immunoassays in a digital, paperless laboratory environment using Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) systems. Contribute to assay execution and data generation to enable high‑quality bioanalytical testing.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Execute and optimize ligand‑binding immunoassays to meet sensitivity, specificity, and reproducibility requirements
Support method qualification and validation activities under GLP/GCP compliance
Analyze, interpret, and document experimental data within ELN systems
Assist with assay troubleshooting and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
Collaborate with internal teams and communicate study progress to support client‑focused project delivery
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in life sciences or a related field is required
Hands‑on experience with ligand‑binding assays such as ELISA
Experience with MSD or Luminex platforms, or willingness to learn
Familiarity with regulated bioanalytical workflows and basic method development principles
Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

Strong attention to detail, organization, and data accuracy
Effective communication and ability to work collaboratively within team‑based environments
Comfort operating in a paperless, digital laboratory using automated or semi‑automated systems

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $77,100.00 - $160,700.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
