We are seeking Scientist – Immunoassay Development to join IQVIA Laboratories at Indianapolis, IN.

Support the development and optimization of ligand‑binding immunoassays in a digital, paperless laboratory environment using Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) systems. Contribute to assay execution and data generation to enable high‑quality bioanalytical testing.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Execute and optimize ligand‑binding immunoassays to meet sensitivity, specificity, and reproducibility requirements

  • Support method qualification and validation activities under GLP/GCP compliance

  • Analyze, interpret, and document experimental data within ELN systems

  • Assist with assay troubleshooting and contribute to continuous improvement efforts

  • Collaborate with internal teams and communicate study progress to support client‑focused project delivery

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in life sciences or a related field is required

  • Hands‑on experience with ligand‑binding assays such as ELISA

  • Experience with MSD or Luminex platforms, or willingness to learn

  • Familiarity with regulated bioanalytical workflows and basic method development principles

  • Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and data accuracy

  • Effective communication and ability to work collaboratively within team‑based environments

  • Comfort operating in a paperless, digital laboratory using automated or semi‑automated systems

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $77,100.00 - $160,700.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
