We are looking for a Senior SAP Finance Transformation Specialist to strengthen our internal SAP team and support Finance Transformation initiatives. The role is positioned within the SAP organization and works embedded with Finance Transformation. You will focus on the design and delivery of SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions that enable Finance transformation initiatives and align with our SAP architecture and operational model. This role focuses on transformation, solution leadership, and delivery. It does not include day-to-day SAP operations, application support, or incident management.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

• Act as senior SAP Finance subject matter expert for Finance Transformation initiatives
• Translate Finance transformation goals and process requirements into SAP S/4HANA Finance solution designs
• Lead SAP-related workstreams and initiatives within Finance Transformation projects
• Ensure alignment with SAP best practices, SAP roadmap, and enterprise architecture standards
• Collaborate closely with internal SAP team, Finance process owners, and external partners
• Assess impacts on existing SAP Finance processes, integrations, and the overall SAP landscape
• Identify SAP-enabled improvement and innovation opportunities (e.g., automation, analytics, embedded AI) and assess their feasibility

YOUR SKILLS:

• Several years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO/BW)
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Finance processes (Record-to-Report,Plan-to-Perform, Procure-to-Pay)
• Experience in SAP Finance transformation and/or SAP S/4HANA implementation projects
• Up-to-date knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Financial Management solutions and architecture concepts
• Ability to work independently within a small, expert SAP team
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• English required. German is an advantage
