About the role:

As a Senior SAP Business Intelligence Technical Lead, you will act as a senior individual contributor, driving the design, development, and optimization of BI solutions across the organization.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, IT teams, and business users to understand requirements, assess system impacts, and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise combined with the ability to influence and guide others.

Over time, there is the opportunity to evolve into a leadership role, depending on performance and business needs.

What you’ll do:

• Design, develop, and maintain SAP BI solutions, ensuring high performance and scalability

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Evaluate existing systems and propose improvements or enhancements

• Contribute to project planning, prioritization, and delivery across BI initiatives

• Ensure system stability, performance, and continuous improvement of BI platforms

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members when needed

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align BI solutions with broader IT architecture

• Support innovation initiatives, including automation and AI-driven analytics where applicable

What we’re looking for:

• 8+ years of relevant experience in SAP BI / Data environments

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• Strong experience with SAP BW on HANA, SAP Datasphere, SAP ABAP, SQL, Business Objects, and Power BI

• Exposure to AI and automation within data or BI environments is a plus

• Solid understanding of ERP systems and distributed architectures

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a complex environment

• Ability to influence stakeholders and guide technical decisions
