What You Will Do:

  • Work closely with the Commercial Engines Sales team on customer campaigns.

  • Develop & maintain standard work and guidelines to support the sales campaign process.

  • Maintain the CRM / Microsoft Dynamics Sales user guides and supporting user requests for new functionality.

  • Manage and run the L1 and L2 Approvals meetings and scheduling.

  • Implement change communication and best practice sharing between Customer Focus Teams.

  • Complete Airframer Operations tasks such as GTF Customer Aircraft Demand & Intel reporting.

  • Complete sales reporting and campaign activity tasks.

  • Manage regional campaign prioritization and flow information up to leadership.

  • Facilitate After Action Reviews to incorporate Lessons Learned into the Sales Process.

  • Owns Microsoft Dynamics / CRM for the Sales and Aftermarket organization. Responsibilities include: authoring standard work, conducting trainings and partnering with DT on improvement initiatives / system enhancements.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 10 years of experience to include fleet management, sales, business development, program management, finance, or CRM experience; or an Advanced Degree and 7 years of experience to include sales, business development, program management, or finance experience.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Advanced degree and 5+ years of sales, business development, program management, or finance experience.

  • Experience in Fleet Management, Operational Analytics, and EAC Financials including the use of Forecast Manager, ICE Modeling, and SPACE.

  • Extensive knowledge of jet engine maintenance agreements.

  • Prior customer-facing work experience in a business role.

  • Excellent communication skills and strong business acumen for the purpose of driving business results, presentation, collaboration and high level of customer interaction internally.

  • Strong desire to succeed and pursue personal growth and developmental opportunities.

  • Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
