Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Operations Business Partner to join our North American Sales Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing the strategic insights and process frameworks necessary to enable our North American Sales Vice Presidents and their teams to drive revenue growth. You will join a collaborative team dedicated to preserving the physical, transforming the digital, and providing a supportive environment where your feedback helps shape the future of our global organization.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Lead the analysis of complex data sets to deliver actionable business intelligence and territory optimization recommendations that drive strategic decision-making for Senior Leadership.
Collaborate with North American Sales Vice Presidents and cross-functional teams to manage sales compensation, quota allocation, and annual planning, ensuring all performance management initiatives align with global standards.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards by governing the effective use of Salesforce.com and Oracle Business Intelligence systems to maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and adherence to Service Level Agreements.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
8–10+ years of experience in Sales Operations with significant exposure to supporting sales management teams.
Strong knowledge of sales systems and methodologies, including expert-level proficiency in Salesforce.com, Oracle Business Intelligence, and financial modeling tools like Excel or Structured Query Language (SQL) databases.
Proven ability in sophisticated data analysis, program management, and translating complex results into clear communications for executive stakeholders.
A Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree is required; a Master of Business Administration is considered an asset.
