About the Role

As a Senior Sales Operations Analyst, you will support the Sales organisation through high-impact operational execution, process innovation, and analytical rigour. You will partner with senior sales leadership and cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives, standardize processes, and deliver actionable insights that enhance sales performance and organizational efficiency.

What You’ll Do
  • Act as a business partner to Sales management, driving strategic initiatives to improve performance and standardization.
  • Lead the launch and development of new tools for sales and business development teams.
  • Simplify and optimize sales processes and methodologies, ensuring cross-region harmonization.
  • Guide the standardization of reports and dashboards to ensure consistency and usefulness for revenue-driving analysis.
  • Conduct performance analysis to identify areas of concern and best practices for pipeline metrics; provide actionable feedback to improve sales segment performance.
  • Facilitate and advise on annual planning activities, including territory definition, target setting, and organizational design.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Intelligence, Data Science & Analytics, Field Marketing, Sales Acceleration, Data Quality, Finance, Corporate IT, and other functions.
  • Prepare business analysis and materials for QBRs, Summits, All Hands meetings, and regular sales management meetings.
  • Proactively provide insightful sales metrics at all organizational levels to support achievement of sales targets.
  • Gather and analyze data to understand sales organization issues and address them proactively.
  • Present actionable information and insights to team members and senior management.
  • Maintain effectiveness during major changes in work responsibilities or environment; adjust effectively to change by exploring benefits, trying new approaches, and collaborating with others.
What You’ll Bring
  • Education:
    o    Bachelor’s Degree required (preferably in Economics, Mathematics, Marketing, or Business Administration).
    o    Master’s degree is a plus.
    o    Equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Experience:
    o    5+ years of experience within a Technology company (ideally SaaS), or a Strategy/Tech Consulting firm.
    o    Relevant experience in business analysis or sales operations at a technology company.
  • Technical Skills:
    o    Advanced skills in MS Office 365.
    o    Salesforce.com experience required.
    o    Database management and BI application experience (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, SQL) highly appreciated.
    o    MS Access or other database skills are a strong plus.
  • Analytical Skills:
    o    Analytical mindset, able to structure issues and generate insights from quantitative analyses with rigor.
    o    Ability to evaluate historical or third-party data to determine best practices for company success.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
    o    Effective interpersonal and communication skills (presentation, written, and verbal).
    o    Ability to drive projects involving multiple stakeholders in an organization.
    o    Ability to present actionable information and insights to team members and senior management.
  • Other Requirements:
    o    Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus but not required.
    o    Ability to maintain effectiveness during major changes in work responsibilities or environment.
