We have also developed a suite of solutions, “Cordant”, which helps our clients with asset performance management, process optimization and energy management solutions.
The Senior Sales Manager – Digital is responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for the Cordant Solutions sales business across the US and Central America region, including driving short and long-term orders, revenue and margin growth. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day sales leadership in the US/Central America Region.

As a Senior Sales Manager - Digital you will be responsible to support the Cordant Solutions growth strategy for our Cordant Software platform, covering Health, Strategy, and Defect Elimination solutions. You will drive success within clients using the full Cordant portfolio including, Software, Hardware and Services. You will be accountable for strategy development, sales, and activation of mapped customer accounts. You will engage with key leadership and customers to provide them with solutions with a focus to drive towards the SaaS model.
As a Senior Sales Manager – Software Sales, your will be responsible for:
Engaging with ‘C’ level and key customer personas to promote the Cordant Solutions portfolio.
Being a Trusted Advisor and Customer Champion, establishing partnership relationships with key clients.
Developing, owning and drive strategic account plans for named key accounts.
Introducing technical sales representative and sales support teams for deep technical dives and understanding of the solutions.
Leading efforts to establish and expand market share, own pipeline planning, creation and maintenance
Working with leaders across the organization to develop growth strategies across product offerings with complex and enterprise customers.
Drive new business while developing current accounts
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a BS degree or equivalent.
Have over 3 years of software sales experience and delivering business results.
Possess experience in selling SaaS solutions.
Possess knowledge of the Asset Performance Management space.
Possess knowledge of financial, competitor, regulatory environment.
Have experience with long term planning of resources, technology and account structure
Have established experience in large and key Account Management.
Be able to communicate verbally and in written form in English and Spanish in an efficient manner.
Be willing to travel up to 50% of the time, as required.
Have the curiosity and drive to find/build new customers and bring current customers to the next level.
