Senior Sales Leader - CHEMETALL, Hanoi
Duties and Responsibilities
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Making reports to principal Communicate suppliers regularly on exchange market information, competitors’ landscape
Monitor inventory, purchase orders, profit and loss of business.
Consult with Business Director for quotations to customers and price negotiation with suppliers
To inform Business Director and suppliers of loss of sales and reasons thereof immediately when they are discovered
Take responsibility for deadstock and slow moving
Report types:
- Making market trends of your country / consolidate and select market trend of the world to introduce local market.
- Master of marketing techniques
- Master of products presentation
- Make presentation of products into local word and easy to remember
- Understanding market need and present our products to meet their needs
- Monthly sales report, month sales analysis reports
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Chemical degree in engineering or equivalent
- Min. 6 years of experience in product and technical knowledge
- Background in technical support, product development or project management English/Chinese Mandarin
Skills:
Market Intelligent
- Regular visit to market to update new launch, new customers, new competitors
- Regular analysis competitors
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
Essential Teamwork Skills
- Member of a team and require good interpersonal skills.
- Must also be able to work closely with members of the customer team, heling them to specify their requirements and understand the benefits of the company’s proposal
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
Computer Skills
- Microsoft office, excellent presentation skills
- Ability to persuade others to change their mind and behavior, and to give full attention to what other people are saying.
- Ability to be aware of others’ reactions and understand they react as they do.
