Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell assigned oncology products (Breast Cancer or Colorectal Cancer) to healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with oncologists, hospitals, and key stakeholders.
- Achieve sales targets and expand market share within the assigned territory.
- Provide product knowledge, clinical data, and support to healthcare providers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing, medical teams, and other cross-functional partners to execute sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience; oncology product sales experience is highly preferred.
- Well knowledge of cancer treatment products and the oncology market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, able to work independently, and willing to collaborate with team members.
