Join Triumph as a Senior Sales Engineer - Technical Sales Engineer and help shape the technical strategy behind our most impactful customer solutions. In this role, you’ll partner closely with sales, integrations, and operations teams to ensure every client receives a seamless, technically sound experience from first conversation through go-live. Day in the Life
You’ll spend your days collaborating with sales teams, meeting with customers to understand their technical needs, designing smart solutions, and being on-site during new client implementations to ensure everything runs smoothly. You’ll guide and support a small team of sales engineers, helping them grow while keeping projects on track and clients delighted.
What You’ll Be Doing
Partner with sales teams to scope, design, and validate technical solutions for complex customer needs
Lead and develop a small team of sales engineers to maximize performance and client satisfaction
Assess customer systems and recommend solutions that optimize both the customer’s business and Triumph’s offerings
Serve as the technical expert during new client implementations, including on-site support
Coordinate with sales, operations, engineering, and integrations teams to align solutions with business requirements
Secure technical commitments from customer stakeholders to ensure successful deals and go-lives
Design, test, and support custom integrations for new customer implementations
Identify and pursue additional business opportunities in collaboration with sales
Manage project risks, timelines, and deliverables with strong communication
Ensure compliance within a regulated environment
Handle additional responsibilities as needed
What Makes You a Great Fit
5+ years of experience in sales engineering
5+ years of experience in sales and project management within technical environments
Proven success delivering technical solutions that meet customer business needs
Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills
Experience working with agile implementation methodologies
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
