Transform yourself and take the responsibility for…

  • Driving exceptional sales efficacy, meeting and exceeding targets for Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and ARR bookings.
  • Strategically building and optimizing your sales team, aligning with Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for effective resourcing and market penetration.
  • Inspiring and leading your European sales organization to execute the GTM plan, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Developing and maintaining crucial customer relationships, providing essential support to resolve issues and enable team success.
  • Implementing and championing best practices for sales management, including business planning, forecasting, and pipeline health.
  • Leading the charge in achieving the highest possible sales performance within your assigned territory, directly impacting ARR growth.

You are ready if you have….

  • 5+ years of experience in top management roles with similar accountabilities and scope.
  • A proven track record of driving greater than 20% Year-over-Year (YoY) ARR growth in a highly competitive market, including P&L responsibilities.
  • 10+ years of experience as a leader and manager of sales teams with local presence in Europe.
  • 10+ years selling complex solutions to international and regional "shippers" with Buying Centers in Europe.
  • Fluency in English, any additional language would be an advantage
  • Demonstrated confidence in learning and adapting, always focusing on solutions.
