Primary Job Summary:

The Application Engineer provides technical support to sales and project teams across the APAC region. Acting as a link between customers, engineering, and sales, the role ensures solutions are technically sound, compliant with standards, and aligned with client requirements. The position involves preparing proposals, reviewing system designs, coordinating with internal teams, and contributing to project execution and performance assessments.

Duties and responsibilities:

You will support our Sales efforts across APAC region. This role includes

  • preparation of technical proposals
  • supports sales and project execution, and ensures that all solutions meet customer requirements and company standards.
  • The AE are a key support role between customers, sales teams, and engineering, driving quality, efficiency, and innovation across all technical activities.

Skills and qualifications:

  • Solution-oriented and highly proactive professional with excellent communication skills, able to support and grow the brand in the Thai market.
  • Worked in sales in the industry (industrial HVAC, chillers, AHUs, CRACs, CRAHs, CDUs, FWUs) or in related sectors such as heat exchangers and compressors.
  • Prepare technical proposals, equipment selections, and system configurations according to client and tender requirements.
  • Review and validate HVAC designs, calculations, and documentation to ensure compliance with standards and codes.
  • Support sales with technical input during pre-sales, tendering, and proposal preparation.
  • Coordinate with R&D, manufacturing, and project teams for custom solutions and project handovers.
  • Conduct performance analyses, energy assessments, and compile technical data, reports, and documentation.

Education Requirements:

  • Very strong communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of spoken and written English language.
  • Previous sales experience 1-3 years in same industry (HVAC) in Thailand and SEA.
  • Mechanical Engineering Background (bachelor’s degree or work experience)
  • Knowledge of industrial HVAC, chillers, AHUs CRACs, CRAHs, CDUs, FWUs products
  • Own car for travel
