This is your chance to make a real impact by supporting the Safety & Wellbeing team in reducing serious incidents and injuries through proactive risk management and safety practices.

You'll work closely with Functional leaders and teams to identify current and emerging risks, and drive the development and implementation of consistent, practical safety solutions.

You have a technical background in safety and a sound understanding of Health and Safety legislation, standards, and codes of practice.

Your analytical mindset allows you to identify trends and assess high-risk scenarios, while your adaptability and resilience enable you to work across Functional Groups in changing environments.

What you'll need:

  • Cert IV or higher in Work Health & Safety (preferred)

  • Demonstrated experience in Health & Safety

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Practical experience in risk identification, assessment, and controls
