Your job at dentsu:
Joining the Central Europe Reward team, you will play a crucial role to deliver our reward strategy to attract, engage and retain the best people for our business. This role combines Reward expert, project management, as well as reward partnering aspects for our Central European operations. This role will be the key reward partner for employee populations in Germany, Switzerland and Austria, as well as, optionally, our nearshore operations in Portugal.
Working closely with Central Europe Reward Director, EMEA Reward team, and wider HR population this role will ensure the design, implementation, maintenance and communications of Total Reward projects and processes, based on the Global, EMEA and CE reward strategy, policies and standards. Specific responsibilities include:
Lead the delivery of global, regional and cluster cyclical processes (i.e. salary survey submission, pay range review, annual salary review, incentives’ accruals and payouts), working closely with regional reward team members and other key stakeholders within HR, Finance and the business in particular when supporting to ensure their successful delivery.
Be the markets’ lead and point of escalation for job evaluation, supporting the ongoing development of the dentsu career framework and job architecture that provides a key underpin to enable the delivery of the reward strategy.
Lead the delivery of non-cyclical reward projects within a CE cluster.
Accountability for ongoing global reward governance (including EU Pay Transparency directive) in own geographic remit to support matrixed working, ensuring rigour and oversight of decisions whilst balancing need for agility, delivering consistently on our principles of transparency and equity.
Lead reward partnering for selected markets to ensure the effective support of the business.
Drive total reward education and communications as well as the support of decision making with Workers’ Councils
Your skills for dentsu:
Execution-oriented dynamic problem solver who thrives on change and fast moving organisation; able to self-manage with a high degree of autonomy.
Strong project management and organizational skills – excellent time management and ability to multi-task among competing demands.
Experience and knowledge of the annual compensation cycle including the salary and incentive review, market data collection and analysis, market research and budgeting for salary increases.
Detail-oriented, ability to meet deadlines and to make professional judgement and critical decisions.
Able to deliver high quality documentation; presentations, process maps and guidance documents, and put management principles in place to support cascade and version control.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the proven ability to build strong working relationships at all levels, generating confidence through healthy challenge and debate.
Excellent influencer who is able to create a compelling case based on empathy and analysis/ fact base, adjusting their personal approach to influence change in a range of stakeholders.
Fluent in both English and German, with strong negotiation skills in both languages.
