Position Details
About the Role
The Senior Research Support Officer plays a key role in advancing the College’s research priorities by delivering high-level research development services and supporting the growth of research capacity and success. Working closely with academic staff, you will identify research opportunities, facilitate involvement in grants and proposals, and coordinate major funding applications aligned with College and Research Development and Support (RDS) strategies.
You will also contribute to research quality and impact initiatives, providing essential support that strengthens collaboration, enhances research performance, and elevates the College’s national and international reputation.
About You
Your strong organisational skills, experience in the research environment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities will enable you to work effectively with senior academic and professional staff. You are a confident communicator and collaborator, with the capacity to build strong relationships across disciplines, institutions and external partners.
