[What the role is]
The Senior/Regulatory Manager for Enforcement Policy develops enforcement policies, frameworks, and procedures. The incumbent will maintain controlled documentation and provide operational support for enforcement functions.
[What you will be working on]
- Formulate and implement enforcement policies and legislative proposal
- Present enforcement policy proposals and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
- Develop enforcement strategies that improve the authority's enforcement capabilities and effectiveness
- Conduct research and analysis on enforcement issues to support policy development and operational effectiveness
- Assist in developing and reviewing enforcement workflows and standard operating procedures
- Establish and maintain knowledge management systems and documentation processes to preserve institutional knowledge and promote operational consistency
- Identify gaps in enforcement framework, recommend solutions and plans, and supervise implementation to ensure successful execution of enforcement policies
- Provide operations support for investigations and enforcement activities
[What we are looking for]
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in enforcement operation and/or enforcement policy development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to create clear policies and procedures
- Strong presentation skills for delivering policy proposals and recommendations to senior management
- Good project management abilities to handle multiple policy initiatives and operational support tasks
The successful candidate will be offered a 1-year contract (with option for automatic renewal for a further one year) in the first instance.
