Job Summary

    The Senior Recruiter, RPO builds positive relationships with Healthcare Professionals by understanding their goals and professional needs, educating them on open or future positions, and matching them with the best available opportunities. The Senior Recruiter also takes an active role in the development of Recruitment Coordinators and Recruiters in conjunction with the Client Delivery Manager.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Devise and implement sourcing strategy using various platforms to expand the network of Healthcare Professionals.
    • Evaluate and screen candidates to ensure compliance with requirements.
    • Engage and qualify Healthcare Professionals for suitable the clients positions.
    • Facilitate effective communication and coordination between clients and internal teams.
    • Handle and update job postings and associated paperwork for priority positions.
    • Present candidate profiles to the Hiring Team, emphasizing relevant qualifications.
    • Exceed individual production goals consistently and update efficiency reports promptly.
    • Support leadership by encouraging partnerships, assisting in training, and handling special projects as required.

    Qualifications

      Education & Years of Experience

      • Associate's Degree plus 2-5 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 4-7 years of work experience

      Additional Experience

      • Recruiting, sales, or equivalent experience in a service industry

      Work Environment / Physical Requirements

      • Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
      • Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

        Pay Rate

        $20.25 - $25.25 Hourly

        Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
