Job Summary:
Location: Methodist Fremont HealthResponsibilities:
Primary HR Support & Issue Escalation (40%)
Serve as the initial point of contact for general HR inquiries and guidance. Direct employees to HR leadership and Centers of Excellence (CoEs) for specialized support. Escalate complex or sensitive issues to HR leadership to ensure timely and effective resolution.
HR Program Delivery & Communication (20%)
Facilitate the delivery, coordination, and support of HR initiatives, programs, and services. Partner with HR leadership and cross-functional departments to implement system-wide efforts such as employee engagement, wellness, performance management, and professional development programs. Ensure consistent communication and understanding of these initiatives.
HR Process Administration & Employee Experience (20%)
Assist in administering HR systems and processes including onboarding, orientation, employee surveys, stay and exit interviews, recognition programs, and other engagement-related activities to enhance the employee experience.
Community Engagement & Talent Outreach (10%)
Promote NMHS as an employer of choice through outreach and engagement initiatives. Represent the organization at job fairs, university events, and networking functions. Support HR-led community engagement strategies aimed at attracting a diverse and qualified workforce.
Collaboration with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) (10%)
Partner with CoEs to support the execution of HR initiatives and operational needs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and consistency across HR functions.

Monday - Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm; may vary depending on needs of business.
Job Description:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience:
Minimum 2-4 years Human Resource experience preferably with broad exposure for a variety of Human Resource Advisor activities and working with management.
License/Certification:
N/A

Working knowledge of multiple Human Resources disciplines.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
