Position Summary

In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruiting for a variety of business units and skill sets here at LivaNova. Your top priority will be supporting our manufacturing site in Arvada, CO, with additional recruitment support to our Corporate Functions team (HR, IT, Finance, Corporate Development).

You will thrive in this role if you can prioritize your time efficiently between sourcing, screening, and meeting hiring manager expectations.  This is full life cycle recruiting. A big part of your success will be your ability to collaborate with all levels of management to define what good looks like, turning it into a comprehensive recruiting game plan.

This is a hybrid position with the expectation of 3 days/wk on-site at our Arvada location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Multi-tasks with a proven ability to individually manage a broad portfolio of positions in a fast-paced environment

  • Successfully manages the full recruitment lifecycle, strategic sourcing, candidate and client management, and data analysis

  • Develops and executes solution-based recruiting strategies through technical expertise in direct sourcing and can implement nimble and creative strategies

  • Passion for improving the customer experience with candidates, new hires, hiring managers, and their teams

  • Builds relationships with the Hiring Managers and businesses they support. Serves as a true Talent Acquisition Partner.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, calendar tools, and collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams, SharePoint) preferred

  • Experience or knowledge with ATS and/or HR systems (e.g., Workday, Phenom)

  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Pay Transparency:

  • A reasonable estimate of the annual base salary for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 + discretionary annual bonus. Pay ranges may vary by location.
